When will my order be delivered?

We generally state lead times for individual items on our website product pages. Once you have placed an order with us, you will be emailed an order confirmation within 24 hours advising of a confirmed (or estimated, if items are made to order) delivery date. Should you have any queries or require delivery on or before a specific date, we would always recommend that you call us on 01442 233 384 so we can help you right away!

Can I collect from your warehouse?

Yes, of course! We generally require 24 hours' notice to book this with the warehouse team, but if you live locally and prefer to save on the cost of delivery, you are very welcome to come and collect your items!

What is the best way to get in touch with a team member?

Our customer services phone lines are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and you can give us a call within those hours to have a chat! Alternatively, you can chat to us online during the same hours, or send us an email at any time. We also have a website contact form and Instagram page – so you can get hold of us at any time!

Do you offer a price match service?

We set highly competitive prices for all our products and don’t expect you to find a lower price for the same product with the same service conditions anywhere else. If you do, however, then we’ll match it! Can we try before we buy?

If you’re considering placing a large order, we understand how important it is that you get it right! So to help you make the right decision, we offer free samples (on a sale or return basis) for trial, so that you can make sure our products are right for you. There’s no catch - if you like what you see and decide to order, you can keep the sample and if you decide it’s not quite right, we’ll simply arrange for collection (no hard feelings!).

Do your items come with a guarantee?

All of our folding chairs and tables are backed by a five-year guarantee (some even come with a ten-year guarantee!), so you can really relax when you choose Mogo Direct! If you have any specific questions, you can always get in touch so we can put your mind to rest.

Do you offer discounts on larger orders?

We offer a bespoke quotation service for all of our customers, regardless of how much you’re going to be buying! Whilst we can’t always guarantee that a discount can be offered, your requirements will be reviewed and we will always do our best to provide you with our most competitive price. You can simply give us a call, or email us, with your requirements, and we’ll get a quotation emailed out to you within about 24 hours!

Can we make payment via cheque or bank transfer?

Yes, of course! We can issue a proforma invoice for payment via bank transfer, cheque or card – whatever works for you!

What are your delivery charges?

For deliveries going to Mainland UK, orders of value less than £200, delivery is £17.50. For orders between £200 and £399 delivery is £32.50. For orders between £400 and £599 delivery is £42.50. For orders of £600 or more delivery is £62.50.

These prices are exclusive of VAT and will automatically be calculated when you place items in your basket.

For AM deliveries or timed deliveries a surcharge will apply, and we can help you with this over the phone.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland & Off-shore Islands?

We are sorry to advise that we are currently unable to accept orders for delivery to Northern Ireland. This will be reviewed on an ongoing basis, and we hope to resume services as soon as possible. We apologise for any disappointment caused.

We do deliver to Isle of Wight, Offshore Islands, The Highlands and all parts of Scotland. We can also facilitate deliveries to Europe, but charges will be quoted separately – please get in touch with us directly for a quotation on carriage.

What is the returns procedure?

For goods ordered incorrectly or unwanted, these may be returned provided they are unused, unassembled, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Goods to be returned will be collected by us or our carrier. The cost of return carriage will be quoted on an order by order basis and is dependent on your location and the item you wish to return. The value of your order will be refunded once the goods have been received and inspected (the return carriage charge will be taken off the final refund figure).

Please note that the original cost of carriage is always non-refundable.

We always do our best to ensure that the cost of collection is minimised, and the entire process is as fuss-free as possible!
